Pork Chops-N-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    6 slices onion
    1 qt. V-8 juice
    1 tsp. olive oil
    6 slices green pepper
    3 c. rice
Preparation
    Coat pan with olive oil.
    Add pork chops, bell pepper, onion and rice; then pour V-8 all over.
    Cook at medium heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes, then simmer until desired consistency (you may need water).
