Dump Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in syrup
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, cut into thin slices
Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Dump undrained pineapple into oblong cake pan or baking dish.
Spread evenly.
Dump in pie filling and spread into even layer.
Dump dry cake mix onto cherry layer; spread evenly.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Put slices of butter on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 48 to 53 minutes.
Can be served with Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
