Salmon Fillet With Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon fillet
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    large clove garlic
    1 lemon
    dried or fresh dill
Preparation
    In a small saucepan, saute crushed garlic in olive oil very briefly.
    Add lemon juice and stir. Pour over fish.
    Sprinkle with dill.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes depending on thickness of salmon.
    Serve over rice with steamed broccoli and salad. Serves 3.
