Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. oleo
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 broiler-fryer, cut into pieces and skinned or use breast or legs and thighs
Preparation

Combine first 10 ingredients in a small saucepan.
Bring to boil.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Place chicken pieces in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan or dish.
Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Uncover and bake 45 additional minutes, basting occasionally.
