Low Calorie Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (2 1/2 size) can canned tomatoes
1 small head cabbage
3 or 4 carrots, sliced
3 medium onions
1 can French-style green beans
2 or 3 beef bouillon cubes
little salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook in small amount of water until tender the carrots, cabbage and onions.
Add tomato juice, tomatoes, green beans, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper.
Simmer about 30 to 45 minutes. Water can be added any time.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
