Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
    3/4 c. sour cream
    vegetable oil
    seasoned salt
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place potato wedges, cut side down, in pan.
    Brush with oil. Sprinkle with salt.
    Broil at 550\u00b0 until brown, about 5 minutes. Turn over, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt.
    Broil until tender.
