Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. cottage cheese
1 box chopped broccoli, thawed
1 onion, chopped
1 stick butter (soft)
2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix or 3 pkg. corn kits

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, adding corn bread mix one box at a time. Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
