Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken (Market Day skinless, boneless works great)
    1/3 c. seasoned flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. celery flakes
    1/8 tsp. or less thyme
    1 1/3 c. water or chicken broth
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour, then brown in butter.
    Remove chicken. Stir soup, seasonings and water or broth into drippings.
    Cook and stir to a boil.
