Jiffy Breakfast(Microwave Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice ham, bologna or other lunch meat
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Lightly grease or spray a 6 ounce custard cup.
    Press meat in the bottom to form a cup.
    Break an egg on top of the meat. Pierce the yolk gently once with fork.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Cover the cup with vented plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, 1 to 3 minutes.
    Place egg and meat on top of toast.
