Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Russet potatoes
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and shred.
    Combine shredded potatoes with sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
