Tammy'S Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large shell shape pasta
    1 pkg. (2 c.) Mozzarella cheese
    1 small container Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 to 6 links hot sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    dash of oregano, basil and Italian seasoning
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 (16 oz. each) cans, tomatoes, peeled
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, sausage, onion, green pepper, garlic and spices in a skillet.
    Drain off fat.
    Add tomato paste and tomatoes.
    Simmer for a couple of hours.
    Cook shells.
