Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 sticks butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
1 can milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs
3 to 4 average-size potatoes

Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes.
Add butter while potatoes are hot. Add other ingredients.
Mash with masher until soft.
Put into pie crusts.
Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Makes 2 pies.
