Nique'S Italian Sunset Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber, peeled
    2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 c. cheese, cut into small chunks
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    pepper to taste
    bottled prepared vinaigrette
Preparation
    Halve cucumber lengthwise; scrape out seeds with a spoon. Slice cucumbers into half moons.
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
    Toss to mix.
    Spoon onto 4 serving plates.
    Drizzle vinaigrette on top.
