Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    4 eggs
    1 c. warm mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one.
    Add potatoes.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
