Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick melted butter or margarine
    2 rounded Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    2 (8-inch) pastry shells
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
    Let cool in oven overnight before serving.
