Buttermilk Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk, made from skim milk
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional for low sodium diet)
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly in blender at low speed for 30 seconds.
    Pour into a pint jar, cover tightly and store in refrigerator a few hours before serving.
