Five Cheese Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
2 oz. or 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 oz. or 1/2 c. Smokey cheese, grated
2 oz. or 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 oz. or 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
2 oz. or 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
margarine, salt, pepper and paprika
Preparation

Mix cheeses together until well blended.
Butter large casserole dish (at least 2 quart).
Mix garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and mustard in bottom of dish.
Place 1/3 of spaghetti in casserole and top with 1/3 of cheeses.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
Dot with margarine.
Repeat process 2 more times.
Pour milk over cheese and spaghetti.
Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Using 2 forks, lift spaghetti from the bottom several times to prevent a crust forming on top. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
Repeat and bake 15 more minutes.
Serves 6.
This is excellent to microwave, reducing cooking time but still lifting during the process.
