Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 c. finely diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients; toss lightly.
Place in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with cheese and crushed potato chips.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serve at once.
This can be prepared in advance and stored in refrigerator until time to add topping and bake.
