Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium tomatoes, diced (squeeze out juice and use pulp only)
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 cloves minced garlic
    1 to 2 minced jalapeno peppers
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh oregano
    2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    sugar to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
