Baked Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, drained
1 large onion, sliced
1 medium green pepper, sliced
6 wieners, cut in pieces (optional)
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1 small Tbsp. mustard
1 large can pork and beans
Preparation

Put onion, green pepper, brown sugar, catsup and mustard in bacon grease; simmer until clear.
Pour in the pork and beans; let simmer for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle bacon on top; simmer a few minutes more.
