Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups shredded cabbage
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 cup shredded green pepper (optional)
    1/4 cup water
    3/4 cup cider vinegar
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate. Serves about 10.
