Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, fried crisp and chopped
    1 c. milk or water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; pour over bacon.
    Cook until thickened.
    Pour over endive, escarole, dandelion or lettuce.
