Grilled Baby Back Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Charlie's Choice seasoning salt
    baby back pork ribs (from Sam's)
Preparation
    Strip the membrane from each rib slab by running a paring knife under a corner of the membrane, grasping it with a dry paper towel and pulling it off in a single motion to the end of the rib slab.
    Salt each slab sparingly on both sides with \"Charlie's\" 30 minutes before grilling.
    After grilling, separate ribs by cutting through the meaty portion between each bone.
