Stir-Fry Spaghetti With Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 lb. sirloin steak, cut in thin strips
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. small fresh broccoli
    1 medium onion, cut into wedges
    1/2 red bell pepper, wedges
    1/2 yellow pepper strips
    1 (6 oz.) jar whole mushrooms, drained
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. instant beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Creamette spaghetti, cooked
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine soy, garlic, ginger and beef.
    Toss to coat well.
    Marinate 1/2 to 1 hour.
    In medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil.
    Add beef mixture and broccoli, stir-fry 2 minutes.
    Add onion, peppers and mushrooms.
    Stir until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Blend water, cornstarch, bouillon and salt. Stir in beef mixture.
    Cook until thickened and translucent.
    Mix stir-fry mixture with pasta noodles.
    Serve hot.
