Aunt Yvonne'S Baked Beans With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk hot sausage (like Jimmy Dean)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 (31 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Fry sausage until crumbled and done, but not brown.
    In a large bowl, combine sausage, onion, pork and beans and sugar. Dissolve ginger, salt and dry mustard in hot water.
    Stir into bean mixture.
    Pour into large 2 1/2 or 3-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
