Blackberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart of blackberries (washed)
    3/4 stick butter
    2 cups sugar
    Pie dough
Preparation
    Cover berries with water and boil until soft.
    Strain and return to pan.
    Add butter and sugar.
    Boil until sugar melts. Drop pieces of dough into berry juice.
    After dumplings are done pour into baking dish and top with strips of dough. Spread melted butter on dough and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in 400 degree oven until brown.
