Quick Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 premade Pillsbury pie crust
    6 large eggs
    1 pt. heavy cream or half and half
    1 medium onion
    6 oz. Swiss cheese
    6 oz. precooked weight crumbled bacon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 oz. dry white wine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    parsley flakes or chives
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Julienne three-quarters of the Swiss cheese.
    Set remainder aside.
    Dice bacon and cook until crisp. Drain.
    Peel and chop onion into large wedges.
