King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 or 3 lb.) boned chicken
    1 medium chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 jar sliced pimento
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar and Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Brown onion and margarine.
    Add celery.
    Add soups, chicken broth, green chilies and pimento.
    Cut up chicken and add to mixture.
    Tear into pieces the flour tortillas.
    Put 1/2 tortillas into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour 1/2 the sauce mixture over tortillas.
    Cover with 1 cup shredded cheese.
    Add rest of tortillas and sauce.
    Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and light brown, about 30 minutes.
