Plain Cloverleaf Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. hot water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Put yeast in large bowl.
    Add 1/4 cup hot water to dissolve yeast.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Knead a few times. Let rise until double in size.
    Knead again; let rise again.
    The third time, make into rolls.
    Put 3 small balls into muffin tins; let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
