Pork Chops On Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    potatoes
Preparation
    Peel potatoes, allowing 1 or 2 large potatoes per person. Slice 1/4-inch thick or less.
    Put a layer of potatoes into a greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and about 1 teaspoon of flour.
    Repeat until you reach an inch or so below top edge of casserole.
    Place loin pork chops on top; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Fill casserole with milk until it shows through the top layer of potatoes, pouring in at one side so it doesn't wash off the seasonings on the meat.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
