Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. water
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. raw rice
1 onion, chopped
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1 c. picante sauce
Preparation
-
Brown turkey and onion in Dutch oven.
Add all other ingredients.
Simmer (low) until rice is tender and most of liquid is cooked out, approximately 30 minutes.
