Chicken With Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts (boneless)
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry wine
Preparation
    Flatten chicken to 1/4-inches.
    Salt and pepper.
    Dip in beaten eggs, then in crumbs.
    Fry in oil, lightly browning both sides.
    Remove and place in greased casserole.
    Melt margarine. Add flour to make a smooth paste.
    Add milk slowly; cook until thick.
    Remove and add wine.
    Pour over chicken and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove and sprinkle on 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes.
