Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dough (see recipe)
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3 parsley sprigs
    Parmesan cheese
    Mozzarella, Provolone and white Cheddar mixed together
    pepperoni
    mushrooms
    sliced meatballs or sausage
    olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    oregano
Preparation
    Heat oil in saucepan and saute garlic.
    When brown, add tomatoes and the rest of the sauce ingredients together.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Prepare dough in pizza pans as for thick pizza but
    use less dough for each pizza and roll dough out very thin.
    Complete
    all
    pizzas
    and let rest about 10 minutes before putting on the sauce.
    Place about 1/2 to 3/4 cup sauce
    on each pizza.
    Arrange desired toppings on pizza, ending with
    a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
    Cook for
    about
    25 to 30 minutes.
    Mozzarella, Provolone and white Cheddar can
    be added the last 5 minutes.
    Sauce makes 5 to 6 pizzas.
