Potpourri - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rose petals
    2 c. mint
    1/2 c. whole allspice
    2 c. rosemary
    4 cinnamon sticks
    2 whole cloves
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a large jar and cover with heated white vinegar.
    Let the jar sit for about a week, then place some of the potpourri in a simmering pot.
