Ingredients

English muffins
cheese (Mozzarella, Brick or Swiss)
1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salad oil
salt, pepper and garlic salt
oregano (optional)
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Split muffins and toast.
Layer cheese, tomato sauce and oil on each.
Season to taste.
Top with sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Place on cookie sheet and place in 450\u00b0 oven.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes until ingredients are hot and cheese melts.
