Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 yellow squash
    3 zucchini squash
    1 large onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Precook squash and onion until just tender.
    Stir in 1 can undiluted mushroom soup, 2 eggs, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
    Put in oiled casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
    Top with remaining cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Return to oven to melt cheese and brown crumbs.
