Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. macaroni
    2 carrots, grated
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. salad dressing
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    Add vegetables first and macaroni.
    Pour dressing over it. Put in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
