Turkey Or Chicken Giblet Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 or 4 sliced hard-boiled eggs
    chopped giblets (neck-back met)
    chicken or turkey broth to make as thick or thin as you like
Preparation
    Melt small amount of butter (margarine) in pan.
    Thicken with flour and brown slightly.
    Add chopped giblets and broth.
    After gravy thickens add eggs and salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve hot over chicken or turkey.
