Coconut Cream Cake(Is A 4 Star Dessert) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 to 5 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 2/3 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix together butter, egg yolks and sugar.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to first mixture.
Add milk and vanilla. Mix.
Spread into two greased layer cake pans.
Beat 4 egg whites stiff.
Add 1 cup sugar gradually.
Spread over batter in pans. Sprinkle 1/2 to 2/3 cup coconut on each layer.
Bake approximately 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0.
