Chinese Pork Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork strips (marinated in 1/2 c. Oriental stir-fry sauce)
    3 green onions, sliced
    1/2 red bell pepper, diced
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen pea pods, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    In a large nonstick skillet, stir-fry pork over medium high heat about 4 to 5 minutes.
    In a large bowl, toss pork with remaining ingredients.
    Serves 4. Contains approximately per serving:
    331 calories, 12 gm fat and 66 mg cholesterol.
