Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork
1 can pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. sweet pickle or 2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut pork into 1-inch cubes and coat with cornstarch.
Heat oil in skillet.
Add meat.
Saute, turning to brown meat.
Drain pineapple chunks, saving juice.
Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup.
Mix juice, pineapple, soy sauce, salt and sweet pickles to meat and continue to heat.
Mix cornstarch and vinegar.
Stir until smooth.
Add to hot mixture.
Boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Serve over rice.
