Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can yellow hominy (14 1/2 oz.), drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pkg. Enchilada mix (made according to directions)
    1 to 2 c. shredded cheese
    taco chips, crushed
Preparation
    Brown ground
    beef and drain.
    Add hominy and enchilada sauce. Season to\ttaste.\tIn casserole dish, put half of meat mixture, then taco chips and half of cheese.
    Top with rest of meat mixture and cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
