Play-Doh - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. oil
food coloring

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except the flour.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Turn down heat and add flour; stir until thick.
Place dough on wax paper and knead until smooth.
