Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    2 Tbsp. diced green peppers
    1 c. diced celery
    1 onion, diced
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    salt to taste
    2 carrots, cooked and diced
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cook elbow macaroni; rinse until cold and drain.
    Add peppers, carrots, celery, onion, chopped hard-cooked eggs and salt.
    Mix in a pan the sugar, mustard, egg, vinegar and water.
    Stir until warm; thicken with a little flour and water.
    Pour over macaroni; mix.
    May be served warm or chilled.
