Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar; beat well.
Add eggs and blend.
Add flour and cinnamon and blend well.
Blend with oil mixture.
Add carrots, a small amount at a time.
Bake in oblong pan at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
