Squash Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw summer squash, grated
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    pepper to taste
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Stir eggs into squash mixture. Add margarine.
    Drop fritters by tablespoon into a greased skillet.
    Cook until delicately brown.
    Turn and brown on other side.
    Serve immediately.
