Chinese Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small pkg. frozen green peas
    2 c. finely cut celery
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. cream of milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Mix remaining ingredients, except potato chips.
    Pour over meat. Place chips on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
