Door Knobs To Heaven - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained in a strainer
    2 eggs
    vanilla wafers
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    2 fresh coconuts, shredded or 2 pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add beaten eggs, then pineapple. Spread mixture between vanilla wafers.
    Cover with whipped cream and roll in coconut.
    Refrigerate.
    Makes 30 to 40 desserts.
