Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Brown ground beef with bacon.
Add onion; cook until tender, not brown.
Drain off grease.
Add seasoning to meat mixture. Stir in soup.
Cook slowly, uncovered, for 20 minutes; stir frequently.
Stir in sour cream; heat thoroughly.
Serve over hot buttered noodles.
Serves 4.
