Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour (Swans Down cake flour)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream shortening with sugar.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift flour and add along with sour cream and flavorings.
    Beat well.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
